Dublin City University complete the deployment of a pilot Identity Provider Service

A pilot Identity Provider Service has been deployed at DCU, it service will be used within the Edugate pilot project and for DCU's own trial projects that rely on federated access. The deployment of this service was completed in parallel to DCU's current identity management project.
